Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park records
The Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park (CCVMP) is a non-profit organization created in 1999 by a group of Carroll County citizens, under the leadership of its president Norris Garrett, to provide a memorial for all Carroll County veterans that served the United States military and were honorably discharged. The park remains under construction in 2013, adding a twenty-second wall of individual plaques that serve to honor various veterans and their sacrifice.
Carroll Service Council records
Records of the Carroll Service Council, a non-profit organization that developed assistance programs in the areas of religion, industry, public welfare, education, and agriculture throughout Carroll County from 1942 to 1968.

Frank S. Kelly scrapbook
The collection contains a scrapbook created by Frank S. Kelly documenting his graduation from Blakely High School and involvement in a number of student activities at West Georgia College including his role as editor of the 1937 Chieftain yearbook. The collection also contains a memoir by Kelly on DVD which details his life in Blakley, Georgia, and his World War II experiences as a captain in the 7th division of the Army serving in the Pacific Theatre.
Floyd Hoskins papers
Papers and artifacts of Floyd Hoskins (1912-2000), sailor in the U.S. Navy from 1930 to 1959 and Lieutenant Commander in the Pacific Theater. In his later career, Hoskins served in the CIA and as a professor of history at West Georgia College.
Howard Lee World War Two collection
These are materials of the Second World War collected by Howard Lee. The four items included originate from the United States and the European Theater.
Talmage M. Martin papers
The papers of Dr. Talmage "Mac" Martin, a retired Carrollton physician originally from Bowdon, consist of oral history recordings and photographs relating to his two volume work,WWII: Ordinary Heroes. The 87 audio cassettes of oral histories, along with accompanying photographic portraits and veteran's files, provide a detailed picture of the service, emotions, and experiences of World War II veterans from our region.
