This collection consists primarily of annual reports, bulletins, newsletters, correspondence, directories, emails, and other materials concerning the business of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church located in Carrollton, Georgia. Also included are issues of Diolog, newsletter of the Episcopal Church in north and middle Georgia between 1992 and 2004.

Biographical Note
St. Margaret's Episcopal Church in Carrollton, Georgia, began in 1892 as an unorganized mission. From its establishment until 1953, the church was located on White Street and West Avenue. Its current building on Newnan Street was constructed in the early 1950s. The original chapel was donated to Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Catholic Church). In 1964, Our Lady of Perpetual Help donated the chapel to the University of West Georgia which moved it to campus, dedicated it to late President John F. Kennedy, and named it the "Kennedy Chapel."
St. Margaret's Episcopal Church began community outreach programs in 1991 to provide assistance to Carroll County residents in need of food, clothing, housing, and other essential services. From 2002 to 2015, the church was led by the Reverend Hazel Glover with the Reverend Bruce Laird serving as interim rector in 2016 and 2017. The Reverend Jeff Jackson has served as rector since November 2017.
