29 Nov 1991 typed letter from Ingo Swann to Dr. Dennis Edmondson explaining how CRV was developed, with Dr. H.E. Puthoff head of the project and Mr. Russell Targ playing “no role in the development of the CRV procedures”. The procedures require about two years of training. Swann does not consider CRV to be related to any aspects of parapsychology. Swann “took real experiential phenomena and linked them together in a way that is natural to the inherent capabilities.” Enclosed with Edmondson’s 22 Nov 1991 typed letter expressing his interest in CRV. (three leaves), 1991
