When received from the Ingo Swann estate, the chronological files were arranged by year as Ingo had them, but the materials within the folders were in month-day disarray.
In order to facilitate research and to place related items within proximity to each other (ex: an exchange of correspondence), materials within the folders were re-arranged in month-day order.
