3 Aug 1991 typed letter from Ingo Swann to Rima [Laibow?]. Ed Dames passed along Rima’s interest in being taught remote viewing. Swann provides a detailed description of the development of CRV by Swann over 8 years at SRI and subsequent development by him. “The technology was never intended to be offered for training on a commercial basis outside of the in-house usage by the clients, and stipulations in my contracts clearly establish this. I took great pains and a good deal of effort to establish this, because it is very easy for the precision nature of the training to become less and less precise – and end up in a mess.” cc Ed Dames (three leaves), 1991
