Biographical/Historical note
The Tallapoosa Improvement Corporation was incorporated on September 19, 1973 by Don Smith, Charles M. Hildebrand, and Donald B. Howe as an Automated Administrative dissolution/Revocation company. The purpose of the company was to buy properties in Tallapoosa in order to restore them and resale them as a way to preserve and save the buildings from being demolished. The company was dissolved on November 9, 2002.
