Dr. Allen describes this photo writing, "the image is a writing experience that was inspired by author Matt de la Pena, who was posting daily writing ideas/inspiration for kids during the spring/summer of 2020. The photograph includes my kids' writing in response to a quote from one of his books, Last Stop on Market Street, which is included on Julia's page."
