Unknown group of adults and children listening to a presentation, 20” x 16”, undated
Scope and Contents note
Photographs and negatives from the Continuing Education program at the University of West Georgia from about 1949-1969. The bulk of the photographs have no identification. From research done by Special Collections and Alumni Relations in 2013, key people, locations, and events, and time periods have been roughly identified. An oral history conducted by Myron House, past Special Collections Librarian, with Collus Johnson on February 27, 1981 provided some identification clues to numbered oversize photographs.
Key people appearing in photographs include: Irvine S. Ingram, J. Carson Pritchard, Collus O. Johnson, Horace M. King, and Ed Dodd.
