This series contains organizational records of the Annie Wheeler Chapter of the U.D.C, located within Carroll County. These records include by-laws, correspondence, historians' books, manuscripts, membership applications, minutes, a president's Book, two treasurer's books, UDC Magazines, and Annie Wheeler Chapter yearbooks from 1928 to 1969. This series also consists of ten scrapbooks ranging in years from 1902 to the 1970s.
