This collection consists of papers accumulated during his time serving as a district representative for Carrollton and Carroll County. Also included are numerous newspaper clippings related to issues of the day as well as editorial columns written by Threadgill. Other interesting items included in this collection are photographs of Threadgill serving in the house, several publications related to rules and regulations of the Georgia State Assembly, a copy of the Georgia State Constitution, and a copy of the Carrollton Planning guide from 1967.
