The collection contains political cartoons, comic strips, crossword puzzles, horoscopes, editorial columns, and other items from the Newnan Times-Herald. Some of these are original drawings and some are camera-ready versions. There is a brief run of negative films for about six months of cartoons in 1970; these negatives are found in Box 44. The collection covers a time span from 1969 to 1999 and is arranged chronologically and alphabetically within, with miscellaneous documents inserted at the end of the collection. Box 35, Folder 10 includes a cartoon signed by former Presidential Candidate Pat Buchanan.
