Though there are few meeting minutes provided, the meeting agendas show attention to the daily functioning of the campus, including: special events and faculty meetings, enrollment, retention and recruitment, commencement plans, affirmative action plans, budgetary matters, Senate business, and more. Also included are documents with more detail related to: notes about changes to the Policy Handbook, a proposal from President Pafford for a “President’s Forum” to bridge the student-administration gap, proposal that unused dorm housing be offered as “scholarship housing, ” memo on the need for secretarial salaries to be adjusted, arrangements for implementation of a “suggestions box,” report on the Health Services provided to students and how such services might be improved, and energy conservation recommendations.
