The Carroll County Humane Society (CCHS) is an organization dedicated to saving the lives of animals and educating the populace concerning the humane and ethical treatment of animals. Since its founding in 1970, CCHS has reached out to their community in hopes of fostering compassion and providing "homes for life" for all animals that end up at the shelter.
