|Abstract:||The Carroll County Humane Society (CCHS) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1970. The CCHS strives to educate the community about the humane treatment of animals, enforce laws to ensure proper care of animals, and provide safe, loving homes for as many animals as possible.|
The Carroll County Humane Society (CCHS) is an organization dedicated to saving the lives of animals and educating the populace concerning the humane and ethical treatment of animals. Since its founding in 1970, CCHS has reached out to their community in hopes of fostering compassion and providing "homes for life" for all animals that end up at the shelter.
